We offer funding opportunities to students and provide administrative support to Departments and Colleges on graduate student advising. We are also the home to the 研究生 Resource Center (GRC) which provides 写作的支持 and professional development workshops to graduate students. 的 GRC also oversees the thesis, 项目, and dissertation formatting and submission process for the University.

的 研究生 Resource Center Commons is an exclusive study and collaboration space for graduate students.
Collaborate with Peers
Use the GRC共用 space to meet with your cohort or classmates.
Store Your Belongings
Daily-use lockers are available for graduate students in the GRC共用 area.

Hanging out in the GRC is one of the easiest ways to meet and connect with graduate students from across the University.

Meet with a Group

Schedule an Appointment
1. Log in to the MyCalStateLA Portal.
Open the Navigate Appointment LA Appointment Scheduling website from the Quick Launch menu.
2. 得到援助.
Once you are logged in to the Student 首页 page of Navigate LA, click on the blue "得到援助" button to select the location and service for the appointment.
3. Select the appropriate options.
On the "New Appointment" page, you can filter the locations and services under "What can we help you find?". For the first drop-down menu, select "研究生 Student Resources". 的 second drop-down menu will give you four options:
- Doctoral Dissertation Review (EdD and AuD students only)
- 研究生 Requirements Inquiries (general questions about graduate student policies)
- 研究生 Writing Assistance (写作的支持 from a GRC Writing Consultant)
- 的sis Review (Format review of theses and 项目报告s)
Once you select the appropriate service, choose a date and select "Find Available Time".
4. Confirm your appointment.
Be sure to follow any instructions that are outlined in the Details section of the confirmation page. You can also leave comments or questions for the staff member who you are scheduled to meet with in the comment box. Click the "Schedule" button to confirm the appointment.
